You have stuff you need to haul around,
but you don't have the space to store a trailer.
The Fold-Up Utility Trailer from Lifetime Products
Inc. is your answer. A recent study of 500
homeowners conducted by Lifetime showed that
almost 31 percent of us would like to have a
utility trailer but they have no place to store
it.
This trailer fits the bill. When you are done
hauling, pull out the easy-to-use crank and fold
the trailer down to 29 inches in width in less
than 90 seconds.
It is the perfect size to tuck into the back
corner of the garage or roll through the gate
toward the back yard while still leaving plenty of
space for cars in the garage and leisure areas in
the yard.
In addition to ease of storage and usability,
the trailer is packed with features, including
removable front and rear gates that double as
ramps, allowing owners to easily load and unload
larger, heavier items such as motorcycles, ATVs or
jet skis; weather- and scratch-resistant finish to
protect from harsh environments, as well as the
wear and tear encountered during loading and
unloading; fully attached light kit including
brake lights, turn signals, tail lamps and a wire
harness for safety; and the ability to hold 1,000
to 1,500 pounds, depending on model.
The space-saving trailer comes in three sizes:
4 feet by 6 feet, 5 feet by 6 feet, and 5 feet by
8 feet. Retail prices range from $900 to $1,400.

HOT FAUCET
It's fun and it's functional. The
temperature-controlled Faucet Light from Hog Wild
is designed to determine the temperature of the
flowing water and shine a corresponding stream of
light that changes with the temp.
The Faucet Light replaces the aerator on the
end of your faucet and the technology inside is
able to determine the temperature of the water.
When the flowing water is cold, the light is
blue. When the water hits 89 degrees, the light
stream changes to red. When the water is off, the
light goes off.
"It's a product that we think is fun, funky and
functional," said Joe Rooper, president of Hog
Wild. "It has a unique wow-factor that everyone
enjoys, but is also very practical in helping
prevent possible scalds or accidents."
For kids, it encourages them to spend more time
at the sink brushing their teeth or washing their
hands. For adults, it serves as a unique night
light. For seniors, it lets them know in advance
when the water is getting hot.
Not to mention, it's a real conversation
starter.
The device is 2 1/2 inches long and 1 1/4
inches in diameter. It includes a set of two
universal adapters that fit virtually every U.S.
faucet and screws on in seconds. It is available
in chrome and brushed silver finishes and includes
a set of button cell batteries in the product as
well as an additional replacement set. Typical
battery use is around four months.
The Faucet Light retails for $22. Hog Wild also
makes a Shower Light that works the same way and
retails for $50. For more information, call
